Returns Policy

At Royal Pets AU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns under the
following conditions:

1. Returns must be initiated through our online returns portal within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. We only accept returns for items that are unused and in the same condition as when they were received.
3. Please ensure that returned items are in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
4. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.
5. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items show signs of use or are different from the original condition in which they were sent.
6. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning items unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
7. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 10-12 business days.
8. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
